Communications
The congress will consist of invited conferences (4 Plenary Lectures and 5 Keynotes), approximately 40 oral communications and two poster sessions.
Two of the Keynote Lectures are reserved for the winners of the ‘Juan de Dios López González’ awards for the best doctoral theses in the field of adsorption in the 2020 and 2022 calls, more information here
The selection of oral and posters communications will be made through a peer review process. The characteristics of each type of contribution are detailed below:
Oral: The participant has 12 minutes to present the most relevant aspects of the research + 3 minutes for questions.
Poster: Communications in poster format with the established dimensions, (A0: 841 mm wide x 1189 mm high) that will have specific sessions to be exhibited.
Instructions for abstracts submission
The abstract (maximum 2 pages) must be submitted in Word or pdf format using the submission form on the website.
Please use the template to prepare your communication by following the instructions detailed in it. 42RIA-abstract-templateXLII.docx. You have to indicate the type of presentation requested (oral or poster) and in the full list of authors of the communication you have to indicate the contact person for notification purposes, as well as the author that will make the presentation (underlined), in case they are not the same person.
It is mandatory for the presenting author to be registered and the corresponding payment done before July 15, 2022.
The official languages of the conference are Spanish, Portuguese and English. Communications and abstracts may be presented in any of the official languages.
Important: Please note that each registered person can submit a maximum of 2 communications (1 oral + 1 poster or 2 posters).
